It covers everything needed to take an event from the first briefing to the last day on site: venue sourcing, accommodation, food and beverage, activities, offsite dinners, logistics, supplier coordination and on-site management. I have organized automotive events from start to finish, and in these projects discretion is part of the job from day one.

Yes. Automotive projects often involve information that cannot be shared openly, so I am used to working under NDA and following the client’s instructions on who can access what. Suppliers receive only the details they need to do their part.

I treat budgets, quotes and negotiated rates as confidential. That information stays within the project and is shared only with the people who need it, in line with what the client has agreed.

Both. I can work directly with the company behind the event or with the agency running it, and I also collaborate with freelancers and suppliers when a project needs extra hands.

No. Automotive is one of my main sectors, together with tech, pharma and insurance, but I take on any MICE project.

I am based in Berlin and work mainly across Europe, but I am not tied to one location. I go wherever the project needs me.

If vehicles or test drives are part of your event, I can coordinate the practical side: schedules, participant groups, any suppliers needed for stops and communication with the teams involved.
