I’m a freelance Event Project Manager and Tour Leader with over 9 years of experience in the event and tourism industry, specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) and corporate events across Europe. My career began in destination management, where I built a strong foundation in turning event concepts into seamless, memorable experiences for international clients.

Since going freelance in 2021, I have worked with agencies, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), corporations and international clients throughout Europe, managing a wide range of corporate and MICE events. What I enjoy most about this work is bringing together people, places and countless small details to create experiences that feel effortless for every guest.

My approach as an Event Project Manager is hands-on, structured and solution-oriented. I take ownership, stay one step ahead of potential issues, and remain calm and adaptable when plans change, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

My Experience

With more than 9 years in the event industry, I have managed a diverse portfolio of international projects, ranging from incentive travel programs and corporate events to congresses, trade fairs, roadshows, pharmaceutical meetings and VIP experiences.

My background in Destination Management has given me valuable insight into event operations, supplier management and guest logistics, while freelancing has allowed me to collaborate with agencies, DMCs and corporate clients on projects of all sizes across Europe.

Alongside my practical experience, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and the AEVO Trainer Certification (Ausbilderschein).

I believe successful events are built on the details. From timelines and guest movements to supplier communication and final checks, I keep a close eye on the elements that make the difference.

I act as a reliable link between clients, suppliers, venues, staff and other stakeholders, keeping communication clear and ensuring everyone knows what needs to happen and when.
Structure & Timing

Good preparation creates flexibility. I work with clear schedules, priorities and processes to keep projects on track while adapting when circumstances change.
Calm Under Pressure

Unexpected situations are simply part of live events. I always  focus on finding solutions, make decisions quickly and stay calm when things don't go according to plan.

Languages & Where I Work

Fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, German and French, I thrive in international environments where clear communication, cultural awareness and strong collaboration are key to delivering exceptional events.

Based in Berlin, I primarily support projects across Europe while remaining available for international assignments wherever my expertise is needed.
